**Customized pricing packages are available for jobs with more areas than 6 and a hall. Our pricing is usually discounted with more areas involved as long as they are not over 150 square feet each (15 x 10).
***Living / Dining room combinations are considered to be 2 areas!***
- Staircases are charged separately. (Up to 21 steps).
- Walk-in closets are charged if they are larger than 25 square feet (5 x 5).
- Hallways are usually included and done for FREE in most homes. Some have to be charged accordingly due to sizes of homes in certain areas of the county. We will advise!
- Carpeted bathrooms are charged if they are larger than 25 square feet (5 x 5).
- Area rugs are charged by size and material. (From $5 or $10 to start usually)
- Carpet protector is normally charged per square foot. However, we offer special deals in addition to your carpet cleaning job!
- Flood extraction pet urine odor treatment is per affected area up to
2' x 2'.
