Our professional quality step-by-step process includes super hot sanitizing truck mounted steam extraction, a pre-conditioner or spot treatment of your choice from green to standard to loosen up dirt and traffic lanes, our signature rapid speed dry service (flash dry) is also included at no additional cost, as well as a guarantee on our work! The prices we quote our customers are usually what we stick with not unless the area sizes are above 200 square feet each.

Our minimum service call is for 3 areas and a hall and is $149.95. (MAX AREA SIZE 150 SQ. FT.)

**Customized pricing packages are available for jobs with more areas than 6 and a hall. Our pricing is usually discounted with more areas involved as long as they are not over 200 square feet each (20 x 10).
- Stairs and landings are charged separately - $45. (Up to 21 steps).
- Walk-in closets are charged $15 if they are larger than 25 square feet (5 x 5).
- Hallways are usually included and done for FREE in most homes. Some have to be charged accordingly due to home layout in certain areas of the county. We will advise!
- Carpeted bathrooms are charged $15 if they are larger than 25 square feet (5 x 5).
- Area rugs are charged by the size and material they are made of.
- Carpet protector is charged by the amount of areas you have below 200 square feet.
- Flood extraction pet urine odor treatment starts at $50 per affected area up to
2' x 2'.
