We generally price our clients jobs by "actual" square footage of areas to be cleaned and not by entire square footage of their homes. We also have specials where we price by the room or area and a lot of times, winds up saving you money! When pricing jobs, we always give our clients the lesser of the two between the square footage pricing and room package specials. Our customers always win! We do reserve a small minimum charge for areas outside the south county.
