Upholstery Cleaning

Upholstery Cleaning – Quality Furniture Cleaners

Upholstery cleaning San Diego by Precision has been cleaning furniture since 2006.  We clean almost every type of synthetic furniture fabrics and items out there from micro-fiber sofa sectionals to cloth chaise lounges & ottomans.  We use a state of the art process along with non-toxic, green cleaners leaving you with a safe piece of mind!  The upholstery fabric is first vacuumed then pre-conditioned to loosen up dirt & grease.  We then thoroughly flush, rinse, and low-moisture sanitizing steam clean / extract the upholstery material, leaving Zero Residues behind!  Our process normally has you dry fast inside of a couple hours or so depending on the material of your fabric!  Microfiber that no longer has the manufacturer’s Scotchgard or Teflon coating on it usually tends to take longer to dry, due to the type of absorbent material that it is. It’s almost like chamois material except that you can’t ring it out!

Upholstery CleaningSofa’s, chairs/recliners, chaises lounges, ottomans, 2-3 seater seperate’s and loveseats to mattresses, cushions, and even sofa pillows… we are the best upholstery cleaners in San Diego geared up to do it all!

Some furniture cleaning companies want to charge you by the square foot or linear foot, but we normally quote you a total price based on how many pieces of furniture there are, whether cushions are loose or attached, and how many sofa pillows you would like cleaned, etc.  And, we clean your furniture pieces from top to bottom, front to back and all the sides, corners, and edges.  Completely and thoroughly!

Upholstery Cleaning Materials

Dirty Microfiber SofaSometimes like on microfiber material for example, it might be difficult to remove stains that have become set in from certain spillages or just oils and greases from our bodies.  Microfiber has a tendency to hang on to a lot of that.  The best chance we’ll have to remove things like that is if they are newer and still have the Scotchgard coating on them directly from the factory.  In this instance, the teflon protector will have prevented the spillage from adhering to the material, making it easier to remove and bring back to life!  Upholstery also dries faster too!

The color of upholstery fabric we normally tend to stay away from is white, all white.  Depending on the materials used to construct the furniture frame, sometimes when moisture makes contact with them they might leave rust marks for example.  So, we try to stear clear from the white upholstery fabric.

We normally reserve a minimum and have some great specials going on right now!
