Step 1: Pre-Inspection. Complete and thorough pre-inspection of your carpets, tile / grout, area rugs, and upholstery to be cleaned will be performed. This step will assess and advise you of existing damages such as burns or melting, exposed seems, wear and tear, fraying, permanent staining, etc. Work authorization and agreed pricing will be finalized in writing.
Step 2: Pre-Vacuuming. If needed, we will vacuum your carpet before we start the actual carpet cleaning with our truckmounted equipment. Note: Our machine will also vacuum additional dirt while cleaning.
Step 3: Furniture Moving. Furniture items such as chairs, sofas, and tables can be carefully moved and rested on foam tabs to protect them and your carpet from damage or staining . Moving of liability prone items such as elegant dining room tables, china cabinets, entertainment centers, dressers, disconnecting and moving electronic items, etc., will not be performed by us.
Step 4: Pre-Conditioning and Spot Treatment. The second beneficial phase of your carpet cleaning after pre-vacuuming. Spots and high traffic lanes/areas are treated with a specialized cleaning formula that is not only environment friendly, but is key in effective soil dissolving of your carpets, upholstery, and tile / grout.
Step 5: Agitate, Extract, and Rinse. Super hot water translating to steam is injected into the fibers of your carpet, agitating the pre-conditioning solution and boosting its effect. Powerful simultaneous rinse and extraction also occurs, lifting out the soil and rinsing with a neutralizing agent making for cleaner, drier, healthier carpets.
Step 6: Fast Dry. Commercial quality air movers will be placed strategically if needed for optimal dry time. Our rapid air drying service is also available at an additional cost. Rest assured that this option will get most carpet types completely dry.
Step 7: Post Grooming. The carpet pile is set correctly for the fastest drying time. This eliminates any chance of spot resurfacing.
Step 8: Post-Inspection. Walk through your home and inspect the results. Make sure you are satisfied with our workmanship. You will be amazed by the results!
