Yes it’s true. San Diego is currently in a “Stage 1” alert for water conservation meaning we are now officially requested to voluntarily save water. If the City goes to a “Stage 2” Water Alert, there would be mandatory water conservation.

One is low moisture cleaning where we use less water to clean your carpet with and two would be the “dry” cleaning method using a rotary machine. Both of these are great alternative cleaning methods but there would be less or no extraction.
